I love my home at Discovery! The leasing office agents are amazing and helpful too! I have been here since July and I have loved my time here so far. My dog loves the dog park and I love walks around the beautiful scenery of our apartments. Definitely recommend.

This place doesn't feel like an apartment complex, it feels like a community. The staff is fantastic and on top of any accommodations needed. Love the new dog park, they definitely make sure your dog(s) feel welcome, and make it easy to clean up after then with numerous pet clean up stations.

Everything has been great. I owned my home before moving here and was really hesitant about living in an apartment for the first time in 10 years but this place has been amazing. The apartment is very quiet, the whole community is kept clean and the staff and other residents are friendly.

I absolutely love this place! The property is beautiful and clean, the apartments units are spacious and well kept. Everything from the leasing agents to the maintenance crew is phenomenal. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment!

Discovery is constantly making new updates and improvements to the common areas like the bar, pool, and leasing center, which keep it exciting and fun! They added a third pool this year and keep me feeling like I’m on vacation!

Lived here for over 2 years. Overall this is a great place to live, with the exception of the new limited parking. Maintenance requests are completed quickly, staff members are always willing to help. Neighbors are friendly. Beautiful view of the waters in the evening. Overall nice.

Been living here for some time now and it's been one of my favorite places to call home. It is a safe place to live, a great place to go out and walk because it is gated. Never had an issue with neighbors and the noise is minimal. They keep up with the overall look on the outside and makes it feel welcoming. And the key entry system is one of my favorites here. Overall I recommend this place to anyone who asks me about it. The staff is very helpful which is a plus. Oh and very welcoming to pets, nice dog park and lake to chill at.

I am going to be moving into Discovery in February and just wanted to give my compliments to Jazmine. She was the first person I met with when I stopped in recently to tour the property. Her customer service has been outstanding and as I've gone through the application/approval/acceptance process, I have been extremely impressed with her professionalism and follow-through on everything promised. Looking forward to moving in and so far, I couldn't be happier with my decision!

This is such an amazing place to live! The amenities are fantastic and well taken care of. I also love the great changes they made to the dog park! It's great to see that the management team truly cares about the property and residents.

This is a great place, I've lived in other apt complexes in the area and they are nothing like this place. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The location is great, it's close to several grocery stores, movie theaters and restaurants. The complex itself if well kept and feels like a community and not like your living in an apartment.

This is truly a gem of a place. Staff, residents and everything in this place are charming. I admire the staff especially Emily and Brook for providing the best experience for a resident. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to be pampered and cared.

I have lived here for 2 years. I moved into my building right as it was being completed. The staff has always been very helpful and the few times I have needed to have maintenance come, he has been there immediately. They keep the landscape up and take care of the property. It is a very dog friendly complex and they try really hard to encourage residents to pick up after their dogs. There is great security that monitors who comes in and out and I have always felt safe being here. I highly recommend making this your home.
